You can greatly reduce the signs of aging by taking care of your skin. It is never too late to start. Exfoliate twice a week with a mild scrub. Use mild cleansers, never use bar soap. Find an excellent moisturizer that works for you and use it religiously. Give yourself a facial once a week and feed your skin throughout the week in little ways.

Cleanse your face before your go to sleep and apply a good moisturizer or serum. This should be part of your evening routine, just like brushing your teeth.
