Skin Exfoliation is important.

Exfoliation is one of the best ways to keep your skin soft and looking young. Exfoliation is buffing away the top layer of dead skin cells that accumulate everyday and is important for young and older skin. Exfoliate in the evening. Don’t exfoliate close to the eyes. Use a good mild moisturizer afterwards.

How often depends on your skin type.

Normal: daily is OK

Oily: every other day

Dry: once a week

Sensitive twice a week
