Smoothing, Soothing Oatmeal Mask

2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons warm water or warm cream
1/2 tablespoon honey

Put the oats into a clean blender, processor or coffee grinder on fine setting and process into powder. Pour into a small bowl and stir in warm water and honey. Let stand for 5 minutes. 
Wash face with warm water or very mild cleanser. While skin is still damp, massage paste onto face, circling around eyes and mouth. Leave on for 10 minutes. 

Remove with tepid water and a washcloth. Apply mild moisturizer to set the glow. 

Oatmeal Lemon Facial Mask

Add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to oatmeal and make a paste. Apply to face and throat and leave on skin for 5 minutes. Rinse. Follow with moisturizer.
