Powerful Party Face Pack

You will have enough of this to share with friends

3/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 peach (peaches contain fruit acids that exfoliate plus vitamins C and A) 1 cooked and mashed carrot or raw super finely shredded in processor (carrots have anti-inflammatory benefits) 1/2 cucumber (cucumbers contain silica that strengthens skin).Blend together. Apply on face and neck and relax 10-15 minutes, then rinse. Your skin will look fantastic.


Dry skin mask

1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp olive oil (offers vitamin E)  1-1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (beneficial enzymes)  Mix all the ingredients together. Apply to face and neck for five to 10 minutes. Rinse well.

Plain and simple beautifier Pat plain yogurt on face and neck. Rinse well after 15 minutes. Give yourself an added bonus by putting cucumber slices over your eyes and rest while you are at it.

Vitamin E Boost and Yogurt Treatment - Empty the contents of 3 Vitamin E capsules into a small bowl. Add 2 tsps plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Apply mixture on the face and neck using a cotton ball. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.
